After growing up in Oklahoma and graduating from the University of Kansas, I joined the RE/MAX of Cherry Creek office in 2010 as a broker. Today, I am proud to be a co-owner of a truly admirable Denver Real Estate institution. Since 1981, RE/MAX of Cherry Creek has spent years welcoming families into homes and opening doors to new beginnings. Our office is one of the top-producing real estate offices in metro Denver for more than 34 years. In 2012 we were awarded the Top Selling Real Estate Office here in Denver, by the Real Estate Association of Colorado.
I am truly grateful to call the Mile High City my home. I love the fact that I don’t need to go far to ski and explore this wonderful state. Other than enjoying the Wash Park neighborhood with my family, I spend a lot of my free time working on making a difference in our community. After dedicating six years of my time, I am now a sustaining member of the Junior League of Denver, as I find it important to support women and children in our community and advise young leaders. I am also active in Compassion International, Bible Study Fellowship, and Greenwood Community Church. In addition, because RE/MAX International has built such an incredible partnership with Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, I am able to donate a portion of my commissions from every real estate transaction to this special cause. As a former client of Kristen’s, she is thrilled to be a part of the Abell to Sell team. As Kristen’s assistant, Kim works with clients to help set up showings and get buyers into their dream home. Kim also works on listings to get a stager, pictures and all documents ready for a new listing. Once a home goes under contract, Kim is a primary point of contact to assist in setting up all inspections and keeping the transaction together and monitoring deadlines. Working closely with Kristen at all times, Kim makes sure all transactions run smoothly and loves being able to work with clients to make sure they are 100% satisfied.

Jordan handles Kristen’s marketing efforts, working with her team to get the best exposure for her clients’ properties. This includes custom brochures, website and social media updates, as well as monthly email newsletters with the most up to date real estate information. Jordan also collaborates with Kristen on custom presentation materials to provide her clients with the most relevant and updated information about the current real estate market.

Stager — Abell to Sell Team

Amanda works as Kristen’s stager to either advise sellers on how to rearrange furniture and prep for showings, or by bringing a vacant property to life. Staging, or styling a home, is a crucial piece of the real estate puzzle and Amanda enjoys aiding Kristen’s clients through this often daunting process. Staged homes sell faster and you will receive a greater return on your investment for simply making potential buyers feel at home and guiding their eye to the architectural highlights within the space. Amanda’s goal is to design an inviting environment that makes it easy for buyers to see where their own lives can fit within the sellers home.
