This is the second home we have purchased using the Abell to Sell Team since moving to the Denver area three years ago. When we decided to go back to a single family home from a condo/townhome situation, we immediately knew we would use Kristen and her team.  Sarah was a perfect buying agent, listening to our “wishes” and finding a great home in the perfect location.  Kristen and her team helped us prepare our existing home for sale in a very short period of time. As a result, we had multiple offers over asking price within 48 hours of the official listing.  Both closings went smoothly (on the same day, no less).  Kristen, Sarah, and Kim helped with our transition into the new home when some items were not quite acceptable upon final inspection.  We would recommend the Abell to Sell team to anyone from new home buyers to “seasoned” buyers as we are (multiple home purchases in multiple states).  Working with them is one reason we decided to make Colorado our permanent home.
