| What's Happening In The Market |
| The month started with a post-holiday slowdown compounded by the “Bronco Effect,” as our beloved Donks dominated on Sundays until the playoff game :/
Historically, market activing increases the weekend after the Broncos’ last game. Listings continued to shrink week-over-week, but were significantly higher compared to the same time last year.
We are continuing to see increased “coming soon” statuses as sellers are preparing to list.
As we continue into January, we are seeing improved odds of receiving an offer within 30 days compared to the beginning of January. In some cases, we are even seeing multiple offers again.
This is why strategic pricing cannot be emphasized enough. If you are considering a move in 2025, give us a call to discuss timing and strategy.
