At Compass, we talk a lot about collaboration, innovation, and community… and the best part? It’s not just talk. We are surrounded by colleagues (over 1500 at this event alone) who are generous with their knowledge, eager to support one another, and genuinely invested in each other’s success. Whether it’s swapping strategy, solving challenges, or simply hyping each other up — the culture of abundance and authenticity is real, and rare. We all came into this business to grow something meaningful — and being in a room full of humans who are smart, driven, heart-forward, and just the right amount of type-A? That’s the magic.


Co-chairing and sponsoring the 5th Annual Compass Cares Classic was one of the highlights of the entire event. With over 200 pickleball, golf, and tennis players joining us at Rolling Hills, we were able to donate over $50k to two local charities - PROJECT I SEE YOU and EXTREME COMMUNITY MAKEOVER. Most recently, we were able to donate our remaining $7500 to the COMPASS CARES Texas Flood Relief Go Fund Me.


We also co-hosted a 150 agent happy hour at Peaks Lounge to collaborate and make new friends across the country. We are so thrilled to be able to help our clients all over the world because of our wonderful network of well connected and hard working agents through COMPASS and REALM.

The local market had the most unsold listings in over a decade last month, with nearly 14,000 properties up for sale, per the Denver Metro Association of Realtors most recent report.

Increased Inventory

Inventory is up significantly, with approximately 34% more homes on the market compared to this time last year. Buyers now have a broader selection and more negotiating power.


Stable Home Prices

The average home price (detached) in Denver is holding steady at $821,000—reflecting a modest 3.5% increase year-over-year. This signals a stabilization in pricing after years of sharp growth.


Mortgage Rates Remain Elevated

Rates are hovering around 6.86%, which continues to impact affordability and may be contributing to a slower pace in buyer activity.


Looking Ahead

Modest growth in home sales is anticipated in the coming months, along with a slight uptick in inventory and home values. All signs point to a more balanced, healthier market dynamic.
